- Eliminates the need for a thick conventional screed.
- Reduces floor build-up and construction time.
- Provides a high-strength, dimensionally stable substrate.
- Achieves excellent flatness for mission-critical environments.
- Creates the ideal base for seamless epoxy and ESD flooring systems.
This approach offers significant benefits
Precision Starts at the Substrate
Instead of laying a thick conventional concrete screed over the structural slab, we executed a high-strength precision screed directly on the structural slab with a variable thickness ranging from 5 mm to 12 mm, depending on the level correction required.

The screed was laid to achieve the final datum level with a tolerance of just a few millimetres, ensuring the high degree of flatness and levelness demanded by modern data centers.
After the screed attained the required strength and surface quality, self-leveling epoxy and ESD (anti-static) epoxy flooring were applied directly over the precision screed, creating a seamless, durable, and high-performance flooring system.
